Customer Review: it was a decent quality. I wish there was more information about it on the site. when I got it, I already knew it would have open pouches in front. What I didn't know was that it was part of an outside zippered pouch. I thought it was exclusive of the bag. I had to have all 60 sewn up so that when the kids got them they didn't loose things in the side slits.

As long as you reach the minimum quantity shown (first column), you can order any quantity. The quantities in the pricing matrix simply designate price breaks. It is common for the price per item to decrease as the quantity ordered increases.
