Product Usage: When I ordered the product the add said it was 4 ounces. When I received the product it is only .4 ounces. I have talked with several people at your company and have been told I will be rebilled at $1.15 instead of 1.39. I am still waiting for the new bill. When I receive it I will re-order a different size. I am not pleased with customer service but love the product.

As long as you reach the minimum quantity shown (first column), you can order any quantity. The quantities in the pricing matrix simply designate price breaks. It is common for the price per item to decrease as the quantity ordered increases.
