Customer Review: There were some issues with the order-but they were resolved by your customer service. The product is nicely done. It would be perfect if it came with a pen. The ad has to has pens in it and in the copy uses the words soy based ink-which could be misunderstood to mean a pen that goes with the jotter contains soy based ink.
As long as you reach the minimum quantity shown (first column), you can order any quantity. The quantities in the pricing matrix simply designate price breaks. It is common for the price per item to decrease as the quantity ordered increases.
