Customer Review: We ordered chocolates from you for a similar fund raising project last year. I have communicated both this year and last year mainly through Sung Kim, who has been extremely helpful. Unfortunately, this year we received 25 broken chocolates out of 500 ordered. (We received a number of broken chocolates last year as well). Sung was extremely helpful in arranging for new replacement chocolates and I am told that are currently being sent out to us and should be received by Friday. We also found that the initial chocolates delivered did not have the proper OU (Kosher) label on them. (The same problem occurred last year) The chocolate is DAIRY and should have had a Kosher label marking "OU-D". Since the chocolates did not have the "D" on the label, I had to write the "D" on 500 pieces of chocolate. Sung very kindly inquired on our behalf and was able to obtain permission to give our organization a 10% rebate on the order, for which we are very grateful. I would note, however, that the mislabeling of the chocolate would be of great concern to the OU Rabbinical Kosher Supervisory Agency and the chocolate wrapping people should be MUCH more careful about the labeling.
As long as you reach the minimum quantity shown (first column), you can order any quantity. The quantities in the pricing matrix simply designate price breaks. It is common for the price per item to decrease as the quantity ordered increases.

What should I do if I want to order more items than the pricing matrix displays?
