Customer Review: Turned out well. I have some QC issues, though. There are 3 that have smeared graphics and 11 that will not sit flat as the silicon plug at the bottom extend past the base of the mug. Please advise as to how to solve or credit us on these issues.
As long as you reach the minimum quantity shown (first column), you can order any quantity. The quantities in the pricing matrix simply designate price breaks. It is common for the price per item to decrease as the quantity ordered increases.
