Customer Review: The presentation of the pens was fine. However, about every 3rd pen didn't write. It was quite embarassing to say the least. We gave pens away yet they didn't write.
As long as you reach the minimum quantity shown (first column), you can order any quantity. The quantities in the pricing matrix simply designate price breaks. It is common for the price per item to decrease as the quantity ordered increases.
