Customer Review: The logo stamp on the balloon was very good. However, the balloons themselves are terrible. They lose air quickly, the ends of them break off easily while trying to tie them, and they often hand puncture holes in the ends which is probably part of the same problem that is causing the ends to break while trying to tie them.
As long as you reach the minimum quantity shown (first column), you can order any quantity. The quantities in the pricing matrix simply designate price breaks. It is common for the price per item to decrease as the quantity ordered increases.
