Customer Review: There were a few minor problems with this product. 1) The text engraved on the product is really hard to read (I had anticipated a deeper engraving vs. more of an etching). Unfortunately, this was impossible to anticipate with the 2-D proof I received. I ended up coloring the etched text with shoe polish (after trying a number of different things) to make it more readable. 2) Many of the key chains were engraved on the back side instead of the front - looks bad as the black tab is sewn in the back. 3) There were ~1 dozen of the 288 key chains that were really shiny and clearly a different product than the rest. The price of this product was great and, given the choice again, I'd probably order the blue one so the etching was more visible or choose a colored imprint on the silver keychain instead of the etching.
As long as you reach the minimum quantity shown (first column), you can order any quantity. The quantities in the pricing matrix simply designate price breaks. It is common for the price per item to decrease as the quantity ordered increases.
