As long as you reach the minimum quantity shown (first column), you can order any quantity. The quantities in the pricing matrix simply designate price breaks. It is common for the price per item to decrease as the quantity ordered increases.

Good Morning, The 15"W x 11"H is for the outside of the item. The bag is 1"-1.5" deep. I will be happy to send you a sample. You would be charged for the item as well as for the freight. If you have your own UPS or FEDEX account I can use that. If not, the shipping is $8.00. Unfortunately the sample can not be returned and is non-refundable.
