What if I want a specific color match imprinted?
|
Many of our items allow us to closely match PMS colors. There is typically a charge to do this. On some items, PMS matching is not available. Please contact us for more detail.

What Graphic File Type should I send you?
|
We require Camera Ready Art to print on items. We need Vector Based EPS files created in Adobe Illustrator. If you do not have this file format, we can re-create it for you for $30.

Where do I send my art?
|
During the order process, you have an option to upload your art. If you prefer, you can email your art to art@motivators.com. Please include your company name in the subject line.
|
You can also upload your artwork at the Motivators FTP Site. If your file is too large to send via email, please contact our Art Department for further information about our FTP Site.

Will I see my art before my product is imprinted?
|
Yes! We want your logo to look exactly as you want it to on each product. Therefore, a proof will be sent, via email, for each product ordered. This proof, and any revision, is free of charge.
|
Why does my artwork have to be in a vector-based .EPS format?
|
This is the only file type that our factories can work with. JPEG and similar file types look good to the naked eye. Upon closer inspection, however, the images in these file types are not clean.

What is Four Color Process?
|
Four color process is a system where a color image is separated into 4 different color values by the use of screens and/or filters (usually performed digitally). As a result, the color separates into 4 images that, when transferred to printing plates and printed on a printing press with the colored inks cyan (blue), magenta (Red), yellow and black, reproduces the original color image.

What should I do if I want only simple text imprinted?
|
If you want an imprint with only text, you can send us the text (and the font type you want us to use, if you have a specific font in mind). Our Art Department can set your text at no additional charge. You will receive an email proof showing you your text in the item's imprint area prior to production.
|
What point size does my artwork need to be for Leeds products?
|
Your artwork must be a font size of at least 12 points for imprinting on all Leeds products. This will ensure that your product is imprinted with a high quality, legible logo.
