I know I am not alone when I say I go through phases. Whether it is with food, TV shows, shopping for something specific or working out, I am a phase girl. With that said [insert new phase], it is summertime, and I am sure many of you are in the “get-in shape” phase. Similar to the “New Year’s Resolution phase”, people tend to work out more before and during the summer months. The reason for this is because we wear less clothes in the warmer months and we also participate in a more active lifestyle since the weather allows for it.
With that being said: squad the habit – here’s four promotional products to help you stay in shape!
1. Body Tape Measure
A body tape measure is a great tool to help you stay motivated by finding out your results fast! As you start to lose weight from working out and eating healthy, your body will shrink. You can keep track of your progress by writing down your measurements every 4-6 weeks.
2. Promotional Water Bottles
Whenever you are working out and doing physical activity, it is always important to stay hydrated. Motivators has a large selection of branded water bottles to fit your needs. Whether you like fruit-infused water, ice cold water or drinking from a straw versus a pop-up lid, we have the right bottle for you!
3. Kitchen Food Scale
We tend to be more aware of our portion sizes when we weigh out our food. Now, I know it may seem silly and trivial, but it can make all the difference! Weighing out your food can help you see the results faster!
4. Branded Workout Towel
While you sweat it out, make sure to have a promotional workout towel by your side. They’re available in a variety of colors and sizes, and they can be screen printed or embroidered, depending on your preference. Ask us for help if you can’t decide for yourself!
And there you have it! Four promotional products to help you STAY in shape while you GET in shape!

- Step Two: Wash and dry spaghetti squash
- Step Three: Cut in half (length-wise) and use a spoon to remove seeds

- Step Five: Use a large slotted spoon to scoop the stringy pulp from the squash
And voila! Other ingredients to consider adding might be veggies and grilled chicken, olive oil, salt and pepper, or even toss in some shredded cheese and marinara sauce! To each his own! What would you add to your spaghetti squash?! Have a great, happy, healthy summer!
