Skinning Your Book Covers

There's something to be said about creative packaging and we do our best to try and highlight as many great examples of it as we can and this is definitely one of them. Wustof knives, who we recently highlighted in a blog entitled Roll Out the Promotional Calendars have created another great promotion, this time using promotional book covers.




This removable book cover is designed to look like the skin of a salmon, and when removed it showcases the cover of the book (or in this case a recipe journal) which is designed to look like salmon. It's a simple advertisement for the knives but the fact of the matter is that it works. It's almost always successful when you can pair a relate a product to its purpose, like in this case a knife and salmon.
