How do I sign up?

Signup is easy. Just click here and complete the registration form. Once you complete the form you will be able to sign in and purchase products. For accounts that require verification an email will be sent out to you once your account has been activated. In the meantime you will still be able to browse our products.


How do I shop for products?

Using the navigation menu on the left side of your screen, click on the category that interest s you. All of the products listed under that category will display in the center of your screen. Click on the product image and you will be able to view details for that item. If you are logged in you may then purchase that item.


What is Shop By?

In order to help you find the items you want, we've created our Shop By section. Here you will find some helpful categories to narrow your search. You can Shop By Color, Shop by Shape, Shop by Industry and more.


How do I login to my account?

You can login to your account by clicking 'Login' in the top menu. After filling in your email address and password, you will be redirected and new options will show in the top menu. Click 'My Motivators' and you will be viewing your account!


How do I update my profile?

You must be logged in or you will not be able update your profile. Once you are logged in, click on 'My Motivators' located at the top center of your screen. From there you will be able to update your contact information and password.


How can I view my shopping cart?

You can either click on 'Cart' located at the top center of the page or click on 'Cart' located at the top right corner of the screen.


Is Motivators.com secure?

Yes, Motivators.com runs on a secured server. Click here to check our status with VeriSign and click here to view our commitment to privacy and security..


How do I contact Motivators.com?

There are several ways to reach the folks at Motivators.com! Click on Contact Us to see all the different ways.


Do I have to order the exact quantities shown in the pricing matrix?

As long as you reach the minimum quantity shown (first column), you can order any quantity. The quantities in the pricing matrix simply designate price breaks. It is common for the price per item to decrease as the quantity ordered increases.


What should I do if I want to order more items than the pricing matrix displays?

Give us a call at 1-800-525-9600! We can work with you on deeper discounts for large quantity orders.


What is a Setup Charge?

A set up charge is the cost for creating the die, stamp, or screen for your logo. Setup charges vary per product, but each item has the cost listed under the imprint information.


What if I dont see what I am looking for?

If you do not see what you are looking for please contact us at our toll free number 1-800-525-9600. We probably have your product and have not listed it yet.


What is an Order Deposit?

An order deposit is the initial amount paid by the customer to put the order into production. This cost includes the following:

  • Product Cost
  • Production Charges
  • Estimated Freight and Overruns Cost


  • What is a Final Invoice?

    Because the order deposit includes an estimated freight cost, and actual freight charges are determined at final shipment, your final invoice will reflect actual shipping charges. This could subject you to an additional credit card charge or refund.

    Due to the nature of custom printing Promotional Products, all orders are subject to +/- 10% over/under run. Over/under runs will be invoiced on a prorated basis.


    Can I use a purchase order?

    We do accept purchase orders. If you are interested please call us at 1-800-525-9600 and we will discuss the arrangements.


    How long does it take to recieve a promotional item from order placement to delivery?

    The time between order placement and delivery varies by product. For each order, time is needed for internal processing, production/imprinting, and transit. Production can be expedited on certain items. Look for the Rush Production icon (seen here) on product pages for rush availability. Transit times are determined by the major carriers (UPS, FedEX, USPS), but can be expedited.


    How do I view the status of my order?

    You can find out the status of your order by logging into your account. From there, you can click on your order status to view the status.


    How Do I Place a Reorder?

    Reordering your promotional products is easy! Simply log in to your My Motivators account and click on order history in the top right. Then give us a call at 1-800-525-9600 and reference the order number listed in your order history. Also, be sure to check your email because we'll occasionally send your reminder emails!


    How Can I View My Order History?

    If you've placed an order online, accessing your order history is easy! All the information about your order is saved right in your My Motivators account. Just log in and you can find everything you need, right at your fingertips!


    Who Is My Promotional Consultant?

    If you've worked with a promotional consultant before, their name and contact information will be visible to you after you log into your My Motivators account. From there, you can also assign a different promotional consultant to your order. Click here to meet all of our promotional consultants.
