Are credit cards a common payment method?
The majority of our customers prefer to pay for their orders by credit card. Motivators.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

How should I submit my credit card information?
We recommend that you submit your credit card information through our secure online cart or via phone. Please do not email your credit card information. When providing credit card information, please include your order number, the type of card, the card number, the expiration date, panel code, and your full name and billing address as it appears on the card.

What will be charged to my credit card?
When paying by credit card, you will be charged 100% of the amount stated on your Order Acknowledgment plus an estimate of the shipping charge and over runs. Once the order is shipped, any balance due or credit owed will be charged or refunded to your card as appropriate.

Will my credit card information be kept confidential?
Information regarding account number and expiration dates as well as authorized signatures will be held entirely confidential by Motivators.com and its representatives.

What is a purchase order?
A PO (purchase order) is a commercial document issued by a buyer (your company) to a seller (Motivators), indicating the type, quantities and agreed prices for products or services the seller will provide to the buyer. Sending a PO to a supplier constitutes a legal offer to buy products or services. Acceptance of a PO by a seller usually forms a one time contract between the buyer and seller. No contract exists until a signed PO is accepted by the seller (Motivators).

What types of organizations use purchase orders?
PO's are generally issued by large corporations, schools, and government agencies.

Does a purchase order constitute payment?
No. By submitting a PO, you are merely stating that you are agreeing to pay for the products you are ordering.
